                     D & G.  M. E. Network  A.G.M.

 

The Annual General meeting was held on 18th August 2006 at Lochthorn Library Dumfries

Denis Turner welcomed members and delivered his Chairman's report on the progress of the

Network to date.  Copies were circulated.

 

Stephen Richards then gave his treasurers report and advised members that we were in

Desperate need of funding as there are insufficient funds to print and post the Autumn

Newsletter

 

The Committee was dissolved.  The following members were elected and a committee formed

[ At a committee meeting held on the 11th October Norma Proposed that Myrtle Little and Janet Graham became additional associate committee members.  The Committee agreed.

Regrettably Margaret Howitt is unable to continue as secretary due to personal commitments.

Denis thanked Margaret for all her support in the past and on behalf of the committee wished her well.
